Our Central monitoring also provides a remote concierge facility for un-manned locations, as well as customer remote help points fitted at vulnerable locations, or for entry through automated gates or barriers. Our Operator can visually identify a visitor at a remote site and then open the gate or door remotely, an ideal solution for the emergency services to gain access to your premises in an emergency.
