Stafford Industrial Estate secures with Paramount
Paramount has been specified to provide a security solution to an industrial park in Stafford.
Paramount has installed one of our new AT high security Anti-terrorist rising kerb at an industrial complex in Stafford. This high security design of the rising kerb prevents standard entry and forced entry on to the site from unauthorised vehicles. The kerb is tested and capable of supporting heavy vehicles with single axle weights up to and including 20 tonnes.
The AT installation has standard features that include traffic lights and power fail override. Other options include a high security control panel monitoring the kerbs position and detecting attempts to force it into the road surface. Automatic lowering upon mains power failure is available where required.
	The product is fully British Made at our Stoke On Trent Works and is operated through a Hydraulic lift system, which can provide opening times between 5 and 25 seconds depending upon the application.
Conventional signaling can interface the AT ranges with nearly all Intruder detection systems In the UK along with PC based Security Management Solutions. The high security rising kerb eliminated thefts from ram raiding for the global giant Broadcrown Generators who prior to its installation suffered from significant thefts.
