Drax Power Station Protect Staff and Vehicles
A Major UK based infrastructure provider chose Paramount over a number of competitors to install and maintain its volume security requirements.
Drax Power Limited is the operating subsidiary of Drax Group plc and the owner and operator of Drax Power Station, the largest, cleanest and most efficient coal-fired power station in the UK.
		Originally built, owned and operated by the Central Electricity Generating Board, Drax Power Station was constructed and commissioned in two stages. Stage one was completed in 1974, some 12 years later in 1986 stage two was completed. It is the newest and most efficient coal-fired power station in the UK.
Drax chose Paramount to supply and install perimeter protection system for its staff cars and deliveries.
		The contract was completed in July 2008.  Paramount was chosen to supply the needs of the Power Station due to the proven long term reliability of the Paramount product range.
