Alma Industrial Park in Grantham protected by Paramount Perimeter Systems
January 2004 has seen the completion of a security improvement project at Alma Industrial Park in Grantham.
	The scheme involved fencing the entire perimeter of the site using Paramount 2.4m high Palisade, with both entrances being fitted with Paramount automatic canti-lever sliding gates to provide vehicle and pedestrian control.
The two entry gates were installed with Paramount Entry Telephone systems. The Entry Phone provides automatic control over the gates using seven day timers. Each day operates on a separate schedule, automatically opening and closing the gate during week days.
	During weekends and bank holidays the gates were programmed to be closed during the day as well as at night. Each tenant on the estate has their own individual access keycode, whilst visitors use an electronic directory, which lists all 24 major business names and then enables them to call the tenant from the gate.
The tenant has control over the gates and allows access to their own visitors using their existing telephone. Should a tenant change, the system is simply reprogrammed this can be easily carried out by the Landlord on site, or remotely using specialist software.
