Paramount have completed a
perimeter security system for Keele University. The
scheme which was completed at the end of February has been designed to offer
a medium level of security and safety to students using the facility. |

Paramount have supplied an Emergency gate system which allows students to exit the site complex from a number of locations in the event of an emergency. The Emergency gate design allows the control system to be
integrated with the fire alarm system on the complex. In the event of an alarm condition, students can exit
using the emergency facility. Under normal circumstances the system remains in the
secure state, protecting the perimeter of the site and restricting access to
both students and visitors. |
