The gate supplied to
restrict public access into the quarry and wood storage area, has been
equipped with a radio based access system.
Vehicles with access
authorisation, carry a radio transponder which
automatically opens the gate when a vehicle approaches.
The site chose Paramount to install the gate to prevent theft
and reduce the risk of injury to the general public, due to a large success
of their equipment on other similar sites.
