With an extensive portfolio of diverse experience our service and maintenance team offers our clients the essential safeguards required to manage the security needs of a wide range of business types and sizes.
Operating over the entire length of the UK, we provide a response level appropriate to the individual customer requirements and we can provide a suitable maintenance plan to meet every client’s expectations.
The provision of service and maintenance can be segregated into three principal disciplines:
Planned maintenance - on a six or 12 monthly basis we carry out preventative tasks, including routine servicing of a vast array of security products. This is managed on a daily basis by our service centre. Our unique software service wizard ensures every security product receives the necessary service requirement and provides a fully auditable ISO9001 compliant maintenance solution.
Reactive maintenance - our reactive service team responds to immediate attendance requests from clients on a daily basis anywhere in the UK and with limited fringe coverage in some areas of Europe for our eligible customers. Ensuring a prompt and reliable response when an essential system or service fails is crucial to the sustainability of the protected premises. Our service desk recognises the need for prompt and effective attendance with over 95% of system failures repaired on the first visit by our service engineering teams.
Statutory maintenance and certification form part of our planned maintenance visits and include providing all necessary testing to meet current legislation where products fall into categories requiring professional maintenance. One key area within our certification maintenance portfolio includes the testing of automated gates and barriers to meet the Health and Safety requirements laid down within the Moving Machinery Act. We offer a six monthly certification for products requiring mandatory testing and certification.
As an NICEIC approved installer Paramount Security Group provides electrical inspection and testing, not only on security systems but also on commercial and industrial electrical equipment. Our combined security and electrical service and maintenance packages offer significant cost saving opportunities; these can assist where procurement departments take full advantage of service meshing techniques.
Paramount offers a specialised service division for our national critical infrastructure (CNI) customers. We have a vast array of professional experience in managing the needs of critical or essential service sites within the UK. Our CNI service and protection measures are designed to instil maximum confidence as an essential service provider. We provide some of the best response times in the industry and offer service and maintenance solutions for the water and electrical supply industries, military establishments, pipeline protection and police force stakeholders.
