Working with Europlex for over 20 years, Paramount became a Europlex approved partner in 2004. Europlex technologies were purchased by Siemens security in 2011, who announced the business was to be closed.

Paramount will continue to offer support for existing Europlex customers, including planned and reactive maintenance, new installations, system alterations and spare parts.

Software packages offered by Europlex technologies included the popular 3GS+, 3GS+ Global and Ecom. We also offer an alternative bespoke software package to replace the obsolete software. Access Manager was designed and developed by Paramount Security Group, and offers most of the functionality of the traditional Europlex software packages. One key benefit of our software is its unique ability to host different types of access control system from one single platform interface.

Europlex panelman engineering software is also available for license by trade customers.

Our blue chip clients take advantage of our specialised monitoring and remote support facility dedicated to the 3GS system. We offer alarm monitoring and remote support, directly into the 3GS control panel from our 24hr service centre. The dedicated support team can resolve most issues without the need for an engineer to attend site, reducing call out costs and speeding up the repair process.

Our stores department has an excellent stock of new and used 3GS spares. Parts are available for purchase by end users, trade suppliers and trade installers. We also offer most of the original Europlex parts or we can provide an alternative if the original component is no longer available.
